Well the High Holy Days have come and gone.  We had a combination event of in-person (limited to 15 maximum including Clergy and the entire Tech Department) and Zoom.  I have heard many comments that it was actually a spiritually successful event. I know I cried at one point.  The glitches were few and the people were many as we listened and shared in an abbreviated version of the High Holy Day services that most of us are so used to.

I would have to say that the Rabbi and Cantorial Soloist hit all of the points I know I wanted to hear and did them well.  Jonah will return next year, same big fish, same big story and that’s okay.

We all had a chance to share, visit a bit and at least “see” each other again to remember that we may be more isolated than we like, but we are not alone.   We also all had a chance to kvell when we received our unexpected goody bags with lots of meaningful and extremely yummy surprises.  Thank you board for putting these together on short notice and delivering them far and wide.

Thank you also to all who attended and those who worked so hard to make this a significantly better event than it would have been without the work.
