What a hoot! There were games, laughter, bobbing for apples, guffaws and an abounding sense of joy when BSvT held their annual Games night. Old and young alike were regaled with fun and the formation of fond memories.

The board has been working on the fall fundraiser for the past few months. We have decided to proceed with this fundraiser despite what has transpired in Israel and have decided to donate a portion of the money raised to go to Israel and the remainder to stay with BSvT to cover programs for 2024. We are pairing the fundraiser with a FUN AND GAMES AFTERNOON on Sunday, November 5 from 2-5pm.
There will be tables for mahjong, euchre, rummy cube, chess, cribbage, backgammon, CATAN and skip-bo along with “professional” instructors to teach, or just come to socialize. Please bring your children and grandchildren. The children’s activities will be supervised.
Included– snacks and dessert, a gift coupon for every family from Ajax’s best bakery, fabulous door prizes and a silent auction of vintage glassware and more. The winning tickets for all the raffle prizes and 50/50 draw will be picked that afternoon. (You don’t have to be present to win.) It all adds up to be FUN, something many of us may need at this time. Please RSVP.
Empowerment of women through my faith presentation
Roz will be speaking at the Ahmadiyya Muslim Women’s association on behalf of B’nai Shalom v’Tikvah.
